How to read EEL blocks

Block timestamp: time when the miner created the accepted block header.

Transaction nonce: sender account sequence number. It is counted separately for every sender, so nonce 1 followed by nonce 0 from another wallet is normal.

Block nonce: the number found by the miner that makes the block hash satisfy difficulty. It can be high or low; that is normal.

Difficulty: leading-zero target bits. Higher difficulty means more expected hash attempts per block.

Miner payout: block reward plus all transaction fees in that block.

Bootstrap miner address

0x8888888883Cf35d27cF76413c246862d7Af83F84

This visible vanity bootstrap miner address is used during the public bootstrap phase. Rewards sent to it come only from normal Proof-of-Work block rewards and transaction fees. It is not a premine, not a dev tax, not an ad reward and not a hidden emission mechanism. Read the full note.
