Add EEL to a compatible 0x wallet.

EEL provides 0x wallet-compatible network and balance UX. Wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby and SafePal can add the EEL network, show the chain ID and display native EEL balances through RPC.

EEL is a native Proof-of-Work coin. It is not ERC-20, not a token import and not a full EVM smart-contract platform.
